Bostonian came to give me an estimate and recommended a good sanding and darker color to refinish, which is what I wanted to go with for a new modern look. John educated me as to oil-based and water-based finish, the pros and cons and walked me through his process. My floors were done within a week – they are so beautiful, I don’t even want to put a carpet over them! There was little to NO dust, they work with a dustless system and vacuum thoroughly, I an very pleased and highly recommend Bostonian Floor! In fact, my parents are planning on having theirs done in the spring. The price was very reasonable, they were timely, courteous and set expectations. You won’t be disappointed.
